New Name, New Place, Same People, Same Priorities

Effective January 1st 2012, the Legal Resource Centre has changed its operating name to the Centre for Public Legal Education of Alberta (CPLEA).

We believe our new name better reflects our identity and purpose as a public legal education (PLE) organization.

LRC staff lawyer, Carole Aippersbach was featured in the Edmonton Journal discussing the Older Adult Knowledge Network (OakNet)'s plain language booklets about Planning for the Future (booklets include Making a Will, Making a Personal Directive,  and Making a Power of Attorney.)
